Esme stomps over into the middle of the descending pokeplanes, orbs of fire encircling her again. She thrusts up, a cone of whirling fire letting loose more of her [Hidden Power], aiming to drain their strength for her own! [Directed Barrier]

The cone goes wide into the air!

Malta Seizes the Moment! She immediately dives into the fourth Pokeplane Swarm, darting and weaving like she's a bird or something! Acrobatics, boosted!

Gervais grumbles, flexing his claws as a layer of frost overtakes them. He gives a swing at one of the lower pokeplanes, hoping to catch it with an [Ice Punch]!

Gervais manages to freeze the entire swarm into one solid block…which is not a good thing for planes flying in midair. They really should solve that icing problem…or their fellows should. Swarm 4 is down and out.
Gervais lets out a roar of pure satisfaction. "Kiiiiing!"
The remaining swarms whirl about on Gervais, apparently considering him a priority target. After a moment's discussion, swarm 2 - still on fire, thus perhaps thinking itself more resistant to what Gervais just did - dives in with a fly-by Aerial Ace. The others do the same toward Malta and Miator.

The swarms seem to pause mid-air for just a moment as Lucrece comes out, then dive-bomb with synchronized Drill Pecks! Their expressions are hard to read at these high speed, but they almost seem scared.

Sam Spade: "Sands? Have you seen Tim?"
[OOC] WC GM: +1 trainer level for wiping out the bulk of Team Stormcloud's fighting vehicles, saving Sky City before they could collapse it.
Esme rolls her shoulders, whisps of white energy flowing off her as her own [Life Energy] patches her back up.
Esme: "I'm good, Gervy earned a nap."
[OOC] WC GM: +1600 pokemon XP each from the fight: level 100 * 2 for swarm * 8 swarms * significance 4 / 4 PCs. That should be a few levels.
Max Thorn: "I'm fine. But Ammy and Minerva could both use a rest."
Sands thrusts a claw toward Team Stormcloud's factory.
Skel: "We think Tim's somewhere near the roof - but someone will need to deal with their leader, on the factory floor."
Sands is breathing heavily, obviously injured. Skel nearly hovers protectively over him.
Sam Spade: "We get to punch the Pichu in the face!?"
Sam Spade: "WE GET TO PUNCH THE PICHU IN THE FACE!"
Skel: "That would be…one way of dealing with him, yes."
Skel: "Could one of you go with her, to keep her safe? Then…I hate to ask, but Sands isn't going anywhere soon."
Esme: "Seconding this plan."
Sands gives Skel a look, but Skel just swipes at his leg with her bone club, sending him flat and unconscious.
Skel: "Could you also rescue Tim, please? Maybe split up?"
Max Thorn: "Better: have Gervaise punch the pichu in the face."
Linnea: "Oh lawd."
Max Thorn: "I…think the best solution for that obnoxious little yellow rat would be a trial and expulsion. But that would involve capturing him."
Skel: "Aaactually, Esme, if you and yours could go after Tim? I think Lucrece might be more useful up there. Besides, I saw Gervais fall just now."
Max Thorn: "And I'm afraid the best facilities for that…is a pokeball."
Skel: "At this point…ugh, I hate to say it, but you're right." She shivers. "But this is Amoda, and Amodan law prevails here."
Max Thorn: "I think I'll tackle that part, then." He glances at the others. "…Sam, you want to have some words with him?"
Sam Spade: "Yes."
Max Thorn: "Sounds like our teams are settled, then."
Skel: "Alright. I'll rally our allies here, to keep reinforcements off your backs. Go!"
Sam Spade: "Let's go!"
Sam Spade charges in.
Max Thorn follows Sam, of course.
Linnea keeps trudging on.
